The author skillfully explains complex issues in a simple yet interesting way by including activities at the end of each chapter along with the tips and suggestions on various topics viz. Combating exam fear, managing money, avoiding problems in a relationship etc. The 14 day challenge is something that can be implemented easily and needs to be taken up by each one of us.My own view is that what needs to change first is the mindset of teachers and school systems who believe that, and act as if, certain groups of students, or students who show certain behaviours, are going to be unable to do mathematics simply because so far they have not done well at it.
