An utter failure of a product which I'll never use again, so I'm switching back to my original product L'Oréal Thickening Hair, which is not only far cheaper, but doesn't do the damage hair as harsh as this Avalon does. It can be hard to lather, so you really need to shampoo twice because it lathers well on second application.

I had high hopes of this shampoo based on results and was trying to get something with fewer artificial chemicals in than my 10 year shampoo Nioxin, for thinning hair.
