You may find that you need to make one side of your loops slightly smaller by only threading 1 crystal, 1 silver, and 1 crystal before joining together with the other thread.

Next, hide the knot of the string to start sewing by going under and through two ribbons that are set on top of each other. Take note of the material the strap is made from as you need to be able to sew through this, so it can’t be too thick or tough to pass a needle through. Add small amounts of hot glue to hold your ribbon as you go and secure the end when you are finished with hot glue as well.
