Unfortunately none of the Crabbies Ginger Beer products are suitable for Vegans/Vegetarians as like with most wines and real ales they fined with Isinglass. They select vines from the steepest, rockiest areas of the vineyards where the soils are very thin and the vines are challenged throughout the growing season. Crabbies Ginger Beer uses isinglass as a fining agent therefore it is not suitable for vegans I’m afraid. Bottled at 28% ABV, this rich liqueur holds flavours of caramel, shortbread biscuits and toffee eclairs – sweet notes which suit decadent, dessert-inspired cocktails.
