I really am going to have to have a bash at making a Keema Naan, one of the bread recipes included and a particular favourite of mine. We did up the spices in the lamb saag as we prefer ours with abit more punch but that is the beauty of curries you can adapt them to your own tastes.This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. I bought their Diet cookbook and enjoyed all the recipes I prepared from it (quite a few) so when I read the magic word, "curry"--I was away. The great thing about the recipes in this book is that on the whole they stick to ingredients that you can find in your local supermarket.

In this book, Si and Dave have put together loads of brand-new recipes from around the world - from simple dishes for a quick midweek taste treat to fantastic feasts for a weekend celebration. until I tried out some of these recipes they were full of flavour that I cannot describe with words.If you have not done a great deal of cooking before, or feel a little daunted at trying something different, it might be an idea to read the chapter on The Basics first. Everything I've prepared from this book has been delicious, but I am often put off by the long list of ingredients and the many steps. Also the spices in the tikka marinade I felt were too harsh they felt raw and uncooked to me so I wouldn't use that marinade again but everything else has been superb and there are more I want to make so i will add more as I make them. Their recipes are the real deal, using great techniques and secrets they've discovered on their travels.
