About this deal

As I’ve traveled through time for five books with Rembrandt Stone, at the end of each—but none so much as book five—how was he going to get out of this mess? Now, with the release of the final book in The True Lies of Rembrandt Stone series, all I have to say is: Whoa!! This trio of authors hit it out of the park with Heart of Stone. Today I have that feeling, you know the one, where you waited so long for something, and now that you have it...that bittersweet what now feeling? I really enjoyed the storyline between Ethan and Summer but I could have lived without the family using her as they did. Wow, the next generation is here!!!! And I am just excited to read, especially when it started with the only boy among the siblings, ETHAN. Mr. Stanley. You startled me," she managed after a minute, once her vocal cords had unclenched and restored her power of speech. "I had no idea anyone was still here. The event ended almost an hour ago."

Christine Warren merges lust, laughter and intrigue magnificently in her latest installment of The Others. Not Your Ordinary Faerie Tale is a fun and fast faerie adventure” — Joyfully Reviewed This book. I don't often use the word "weep," but this book made me weep. It's intense and it's fulfilling and it totally got me.

I saw the dark promises in his eyes when he looked at me. But the shadows of my past haunted me, making me afraid to explore the possibilities I could never before have imagined. Set in Stone: Continues to drive the narrative with supporting character's own secrets tangled in the narrative. Plenty of intrigue, mystery, & suspense in a new world that could be ripped apart in a heartbeat. Closure ends with a HEA that perfectly ties all things together. Okay, you guys, this is actually such a hard review to write without giving spoilers! So all I’m going to say is… this book was just as much of a rollercoaster as the rest of the series!! And when you got to the end… the rollercoaster ride was one hundred percent worth it!! This was the absolute perfect ending to the series & if you want to know more, you’re just going to have to read it for yourself!! Drinking wine and nibbling canapés might not sound like a year in a Stalinist gulag, but having to do it in the midst of five hundred elegantly dressed strangers while maintaining a polite smile in the face of their inane conversations and pretending to laugh at their lame jokes ranked even worse in Ella's mind. She'd rather volunteer for the hard labor.

But he's learned things along this journey. He's not invincible. He's ready to move in humility instead of with the hot headed impulsiveness which has gotten him to this point.Ethan has his baggage and secrets he couldn't share. It wasn't his secret to share, and he promised someone. That's the beginning of the problem. Especially when he refused to tell Summer about it that caused their breakup. Ethan is a great brother, and would do everything for his sisters, especially with Diana. He and Tressa's relationship wasn't that great compare to the former. This book. This story. I have been trying to put all the pieces together since book one. I mean how in the world was Rembrandt going to get his happy ending? And would it look the same as the very beginning? It's extremely hard to talk about this installment of the book, well any of them honestly, without giving spoilers. So, I'll just say this - this ending was better than I could have imagined. I mean, there were moments I was barely breathing, but for good reason. The way the characters were all brought together, how the bad guys were found, the story behind why everything had happened, and even a surprise twist that I just kind of sat there for awhile smiling about. Hence, all the ribbing she took about being in love with Sir Arthur. The comments might have bothered her, if she hadn't dated infinitely worse male specimens. The two have a one night stand, but Ethan thinks Summer is a good girl and so he thinks it will quit his family that he is finally settling down so he convinces Summer to be his fake fiancee. But one of the big issues for these two is that their romance is grounds for them to be fired at work so the charade is a big risk. Yes, I was a bit sorry to be saying goodbye to Rem, Eve, Booker, and the others, but I was also excited to finally get answers. For five books Rem has struggled and fought to control the outcome of his life. Each choice just seems to make things spiral even more out of control. But, maybe that's what he needs. To let go and let God. Maybe when he does so things will finally slide into place where they always should have been...
