The dial aesthetics are down to your personal preference. Personally, I’d say I prefer that MTS-100L, though not by much, both are very handsome watches. That ‘Sapphire’ one is more suited to dressy environments, whilst I think this could probably be dressed up or down more easily to suit different occasions. I really like both watches but this is probably my favourite and the smaller sizing option is the clincher for me.

The hollow end links are not quite the right shape and overhang the lug tip by about a millimetre. This is not really noticeable on wrist but can be seen from the side. The little bits that hold the spring bar in place in the end link don’t allow the link to fit into the lug holes so I had to bend them slightly to get it to fit. This sounds worse than it was and it wasn’t difficult. There is a very slight gap of less than a mm between end link and the watch case it is tiny but there. Our nominated carrier is Parcel Force.
