Considering how long this cologne has been out, I'm surprised that it's never had a "Weekend Intense" variant like Le Male or Cool Water.

The rambunctious citrus opening pushes Weekend into competition with other fragrances that it really shouldn't bother with.

During weekends you can indulge yourself with the comfortable, casual and relaxing character of Burberry Weekend for Men. The sensation is exactly being on a beautiful pick nick on the country that turns out a nightmare at the end of the day. Thank goodness it is a small bottle and fairly cheap…emphasis on the ‘cheap’ because that’s how you smell when you spray this anywhere.
