As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. It's been a while since i used a montblanc product, and I am still pleased that it manages to retain it's essence (no pun intended).
Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number). To allow us to dispatch this product we require you to complete an online health questionnaire to allow our Healthcare practitioner to ensure that this product is suitable for you.Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication. But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.
At the bottom lies Montblanc’s emblem, the iconic star representing the six glaciers of the highest mountain in Europe. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS. FREQUENT USE AND RE-APPLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH DIRECTIONS IS REQUIRED FOR EFFECTIVE SUN PROTECTION.Our healthcare practitioner may need to contact you if they feel a further consultation is required based on the product you are purchasing. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
