About this deal

The stinky CEO of a shitty small company in a shitty small city in the middle of nowhere, that thinks he smells good because everybody smiles when he passes by. Where some other Jacques Bogart scents occasionally show their budget, or have a crude quality, Bogart is exceedingly smooth and rich. And look: Homme is also such a candidate, only more serious, but clearly less Dior Sauvage consensus. I was expecting a super-sweet, bombastic cherry tobacco based on some commentary surrounding this scent, but that's not what this is.

hours have passed and Bogart got swallowed by Interlude Black Iris, and Ganymede is picking up some steam. I'm a small time hobbyist/ collector and a Baby boomer so without further ado, it means I adore this scent. The sweet, unburnt cherry tobacco pipe puffing away over manly coumarin vanilla-tonka combo and dry cedarwood are more substantial. It's still got a strongly green and spiced opening, but space has been made for the other notes and elements of the scent to shine.

Although this can be worn by guys of all ages with a more masculine, mature and confident personality, it's probably best for those over 35. Unlike some online retailers, all of our products come in the original manufacturer packaging and are 100% genuine. You won't like this if you are only into freshies/blues/gourmands, and you probably won't be able to appreciate this unless you are at least 40 years old. I think its the bergamot mixed with rose and tonka bean, it makes it smell like a red fruit of some sort and people are starting to believe the hype and think of Cherry when they smell this. A great fragrance for those who want a classy, streamlined and modern scent but want something more unique. Completely gone, and quite unlike the other Bogarts in my collection, which are quite long-lived, especially One Man Show. The heart releases a bouquet full of wild lily-of-the-valley; its poisoning bitterness is unmistakable.

I consider it a combination of highly praised perfumes: Montblanc Individual, Armani Code and A*Men Pure Havane. This I knew prior to trying it, but with a name like Bogart, I was expecting a much darker cherry with some deeper notes. To those of you who think this is grandpa'ish , pay no attention to greatness and continue bathing in watermelon shpritzers, daddy has work to do. And I am pretty confident in saying that this frag was considered a cheapie (at least for its scent) since day 1 it was sold. Intermediate explanation: I actually like to make a bow around all these "Homme" fragrances, they are namely like trimmed to inconspicuousness, to what many men imagine under men's fragrances.Puts me firstly in an outdoorsy mood and then the soapy herby drydown emirates a calmness that's sublime.

Paco Rabanne pour homme is green, creamy with a touch of powder and a good whiff of lavender and fresher. What I like about this one is it's absolutely nice dry down of a creamy, vanilla/cherry pipe tobacco. If you over-apply (and that`s what a lots of people do, hoodwinkled by a a fresh lemony scent from the bottle), you will never, ever experience no cloves, no nutmeg and absolutely no woody base. In a field of sweet woody orientals that's crowded with great scents, Bogart pour Homme needs to do more than this to distinguish itself.

A previous comment mentions that this frag could be worn by a CEO that kicks asses (or something like that).
