Demographic aside, this fragrance is fantastic in colder weather and is a must-have for coffee lovers. When I first purchased this fragrance about a year ago I didn't pick up as much on the coffee note as I do now.

I am a huge fan of them to get the same effect that Creed's Vanille Sublime had on me for that extremely low cost is insane.The delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee embraced my senses for approximately four hours, gradually yielding to a captivating, sweet vanilla essence. Bought this after seeing all the hype and good reviews it got, but I was really disappointed when I received it today. One time I sprayed my gym shirt with this like twelve times to avoid smelling bad, the next day that shirt was projecting this scent like crazy, and it did so for the next whole week. I am not sure if it is just the batch I ended up getting but for me, the projection and longevity on this is awful even after over-spraying.

It's still far from smelling like a cup of coffee, more like a big bottle of really good vanilla creamer that someone accidentally poured coffee into.

I got caught up in the hype of this product, the description made it sound like the perfect combination of rum, coffee, and whiskey, so how could it not be amazing?

As soon as I spayed it, all I could smell was this awful synthetic coffee note that was really unpleasant. Prominent coffee note, mixed with warm cinnamon, sweet vanillic tonka, and boozy whiskey to create this sweet yet rich coffee aroma. I presume its only my batch or theres something wrong with my nose but the scent is so faint, when i spray it only smells alcohol and then it slowly dissappears into the void and after 3 minutes i cant smell it at all. cardamom, lavender and lemon are its soothing top notes, which disappear into the dark, rich heart notes of whiskey, coffee, leather, cinnamon and minerals. I've tried Maison Martin Margiela's coffee break which was way more wearable, although with limited performance and more expensive.Myself, I drink Nescafe instant coffee and Latte Macchiatto, but Halloween Man X doesn't smell like that. I don't get much coffee until the dry down and even then it's not that strong, the whiskey and leather are more apparent for me. It's beautifully robust, and while the coffee note might be a bit synthetic at first, it's enhanced by some more natural-feeling background notes.

I was wearing this in the grocery and some ladies kept on following me and just stayed near my back.

I wore it for a couple days to hopefully smell this "coffee" dry down everyone else seems to get but my nose just can't get passed chocolate axe.
