The aim of Here to Slay is to collect a set of 6 different hero classes which already in (one of each available in the base game) OR to defeat 3 of the monsters in a shared central row.There’s not a lot of risk riding on a game purchase like this, so if it sounds interesting to you, I say go for it and you won’t be disappointed.

That’s another nice aspect – there’s two ways of winning Here to Slay: you can win either by having a party that contains one of each character type or by slaying three monsters. Turns proceed and players scrap over each other’s sets before eventually, someone hits one of the win conditions and ends the game.The version I have is the Kickstarter Exclusive version which does have some extras you won’t get in the base game. The box contains 1 standard deck of 115 cards, 6 Party Leader cards, 15 oversized Monster cards, 2 six-sided dice, and 6 rules reference cards. It is one of those games where I feel like I could easily explain to others that had not played before.
