I'll be honest: I'm your average bloke who doesn't tend to watch that genre (I haven't seen Bridget Jones's Diary) but I can say it's a very amusing film in parts and it made me feel all warm inside and put a smile on my grumpy face! The hilarious Love Actually explores the ups and downs of relationships in the weeks building up to Christmas.

The only issue is English subtitles for Aurélia are burned on the image which is very irritating when you don't want to watch it in English. All star cast including Hugh Grant, Bill Nighy, Colin Firth, Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, Rowan Atkinson and Alan Rickman. Its very much aimed at an adult audience, but that doesnt mean that The Firm is a cheap piece of cinema. As for the plot, well it's pretty obvious it's all about romance-we see the journey of several couples/people about to become couples in the film and it's wonderful how it all comes together.
