Ingredients: INGREDIENTS: Wheat bran (28%), sugar, rice flour, wheat flour, sunflower oil, maize flour, salt, barley malt extract, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), natural flavouring, emulsifier ( soy lecithin), skimmed milk powder.

Wholegrain Spelt ( Wheat) 40% , Rice 24%, Spelt ( Wheat) Bran 14% , Barley Flakes , Raw Cane Sugar, Pinhead Oats , Barley Malt , Cane Molasses.

This is because it is not fortified with vitamins, something that could have made it a healthier choice for any age.

Healthy but expensive, I'd say I actually prefer these to Weetabix or those horrible fibre stick things that I can't eat because they just gum my mouth up. I do wish that they didn't feel the need to add sugar (it doesn't need it) or a load of artificial vitamins - if you want those, just take a multivitamin tablet daily, but leave it out of the food please.
