Going into this series I didn’t think I could ever love another TL Swan series quite like I have the Miles High Club. This is reflected in his clinical practice by showing excellent clinical outcomes and patient experience.

At first I thought she might be a bit too quirky or innocent even though she has her own past, but she was hilarious and just as stubborn as Seb.a whiny childish hero, a doormatt heroine who wanted so badly to “fix” the hero, a cheating ex wife with a stupid blackmail scheme. There is not much character development and the snappy dialog between characters is missing in this book.

It was full of angst, full of heat, had some funny bits, and a good mystery which wasn’t as obvious as you might think.The on again off again, and overall back and forth between the two characters was exhausting and significantly annoying by the 30% mark.

Sebastian is all things possessive, jealous, gorgeous, moody, dominant, and dirty talker, and April was exactly what he needed. This may seem a bit OTT but imho these are the things that need to be right, if you are going to go there then get it right. I can pretend all I want that there is something between us, but when I see him here, like this, reality hits home. Having worked in mental health in her former life, T L Swan is now seriously addicted to the thrill of writing and can’t imagine a time when she wasn’t.I did see the terrible reviews my friends gave this book but well I'm clearly a sucker for punishment. I really loved all the scenes with Spence and Julian- great seeing them back together messing with each other and gossiping like school girls. I did love Mr Garcia BUT no one as yet can replace that little spot in my heart that Dr Stanton and Mr Spencer have camped out in for the past few years. Series and I think this book was the best one, because both, April and Sebastian, had a lot to experience.
