I do apply a fair amount of primer before using the palette though so that might have an effect on it. I am normally a completely neutral girl and would shy away from this color range, so I didn’t pay much attention when it came out. Urban Decay is known for its pigmented high quality products so I'm really not surprised how vibrant to colours come out on my skin. It doesn’t make a big difference to the overall look however so won’t be noticeable when blended on the eyelids.
