About this deal

All the online reviews seemed to imply that it was a tooth-ache in a bottle and that most non-gourmand lovers wouldn't like it. The only thing I got out of Creamy Sunshine was watered down white floral (the main note to my nose), some sugar, a slight bit of orange, and some creaminess. Tonka beans give it some depth, the dry down gets a bit woody which I like but not as much as the licorice note here.

People loved it, that day several colleagues stopped me to ask me what fragrance I was wearing, I let them smell my wrist (D.I suggest to just have a maximum of two sprays of this to fully enjoy it and to not choke others with its sweetness. When I was a child I ADORED the Juice Bar cotton candy body spray at Eckards/CVS- and if Pink Sugar's top notes had a baby sister, it's that stuff. It's smells very strong of caramel, cotton candy and vanilla, which are overpowering at first spraying.

liked at first- mainly picked up on the sugar, coconut and white florals but for some reason after using it for a month or so i started to pick up on a burnt rubber/gasoline/plastick-y note that ruined this for me. At the same time you smell this raspberry from PS, Soft is melting its sweet citruses with caramel and vanilla (very soft vanilla) and it creates a caramel topped lemon shortcake on your skin. Upon initial spray, definitely "creamy" but was expecting a more coconut, tropical sweet scent - was greeted by an array of florals that my nose isn't skilled enough to distinguish, and little to no citrus. Perfumes don't have to be taken so seriously all the time - no matter how old you are, take some chances and let your hair down! It's actually quite nice that way, stays in the air for around a day and smells more similar to original Pink Sugar which I wouldn't waste in that manner since I like wearing it.I love sweet, gourmand scents and this one pops up along with my favourite perfumes often but I genuinely do not understand the hype.

It’s sweet, can feel juvenile at times with the cotton candy but that burnt bourbon vanilla note gives it some age. Finally, caramel and vanilla come together to leave us with honey on our lips, and give this fragrance an addictive essence. Given the notes of sugar, vanilla, coconut milk and caramel, I was expecting this to be a scent of warm cookies or possibly coconut cream pie.The sugar is still a main note in this but the citris adds a little pop in the opening but in the dry down they all mould together creating a creamy sweet tropical scent. Edit: I just found out, that Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato have similar dry down as these two perfumes. I prefer it to Pink Sugar, which does come off a bit too juvenile, this is more tolerable as a 33 year old woman. Shyamala Maisondieu is a genius for having created such an addictive yet affordable fragrance that's still hot after almost 20 years despite not being particularly groundbreaking or luxury.
