Family tradition dictates that Hine cognacs are aged far longer than the minimum time required by French law. This finesse is the result of two key choices made during the manufacturing of the barrels: the selection of wood with a very fine grain and the light toasting it then receives. Their expertise ensures that the original, delicate flavour from the grapes persists through the distilling, ageing and blending process. The General Wine Company sources wines from all over the world, but with a particular focus on small, independent producers.
