The rum is aged in oak for around twelve months, and journeys from Trinidad to Indiana over the course of production. Thus, rum was named Kraken as a reminder of the undeniable power and might of the mythical sea monster. Associating this fantastical monster with the beverage is a daring but fully embraced choice by the brand, seeking to allure black rum enthusiasts with a strong personality and a unique taste. In a presentation tin which unfortunatly has a few small scratches on although the bottle is unaffected.
