The more serene material -- "Southbound" and "Dancing in the Moonlight" -- is just as gripping, while the slow blues of "Still in Love with You" contains two of the most heartfelt and lyrical guitar solos ever (a trade-off between both Robertson and Gorham). Therefore proving that the need to overdub performances was merely a vanity project on the part of the musicians! Rejoice too in the spontaneous variations between performances while noting (despite what the original gatefold might have implied) that most come from the second night in Philadelphia (where Southbound was recorded at sound-check). There is some overlap of tracks between the two albums, though Still Dangerous is completely live with no overdubs.
