About this deal

The VIDAA system is intuitive to use and runs at a decent speed from button press to app opening and playing, plus there is Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube in 4K HDR.

The easy-to-understand and fast-to-navigate VIDAA OS platform takes your TV experience to the next level. You also can’t stick to a static image, meaning you’re condemned to cycle through various pictures against your will. I was looking at the Hisense U8H TV and rtings gave it such outstanding ratings, with the exception of viewing angle. While no TV is perfect, most TVs are great enough to please almost everyone, and the differences are often not noticeable unless you really look for them. Which does not affect the operation of the TV in any way, since it will display 120 Hz content through the frame.Much like in the US, Hisense UK makes a ton of different TVs from low-cost 720p HD TVs all the way up to expensive OLED sets. The Roku Plus Series QLED is a strong competitor to the Hisense U6/U6K but falls a bit short due to the better color accuracy of the Hisense.

Hisense has announced an impressive lineup for 2024, with noticeable improvements to the entire ULED lineup and a few new surprises. You will be missing out on more full-featured HDR support by way of HDR10+ and HLG, and you won’t be getting fancier audio technologies like Dolby Atmos. On the other hand, it has one of the glossiest coatings we've ever seen on a TV, so reflections are a bit distracting, as you can clearly see the TCL logo from a display opposite this TV. The appearance of the Hisense 55E7HQ TV does not violate any design conventions, not differing from its predecessor E76GQ .

There is also an auto mode which is just as good and uses Alphonso Video AI to improve the image depending on the type of content on the screen. They don't use viewing angle technology like Samsung, so the image looks inconsistent from the side. Not only in terms of image technology, but also in terms of sound, the E7HQ leaves nothing to be desired with Dolby Audio. Other HDR picture modes may look brighter but they do not follow the PQ EOTF standard and push brightness, which just makes images look flat and bright with no dynamics or pop. Enjoy Over one billion shades of colours can be reproduced on your display with quantum dot technology with Hisense TV brings breakthrough immersive audio experience to your home whether it is shows, games or live sports. It’s even got ROKU style quick launch buttons on the bottom of the remote, but it’s not quite polished.
