Desfeita minha confusão, achei esta graphic novel original do Miles Morales tão divertida e bem engendrada quanto a da Ms. a graphic novel written by one of my all time favourite authors, about one of my all time favourite superheroes/the best spider-man (and no, this isn't up for debate)? There are lots of nice ties to the importance of family and caring for others and the culture of Puerto Rico. When a hurricane devastates Puerto Rico, birthplace of his mum, Miles decides to raise money for rebuilding with a fundraiser. Reynolds and Eisner award-nominated artist Pablo Leon create a riveting story that will connect with new and well-versed comics readers alike.

But when a new student’s father goes missing, Miles begins to make connections between the disappearance and a giant corporation sponsoring Miles’ fundraiser. Not the world’s most memorable/groundbreaking plot, but this is still pretty much everything you could want out of a middle grade Miles Morales OGN. After an earthquake devastates his mother’s birthplace of Puerto Rico, the family helps organise a fundraiser that garners the attention of a seemingly innocuous and generous donor. The story for the most part is nice and pacy, with a socially responsible theme as is typical of Marvel these days.No Brasil saíram só essas duas, mas numa pesquisa rápida no Google vi que tem outros títulos com SHuri, Garota-Esquilo, Capitão América e com os Vingadores formados nestas duas Graphic Novels. I also told my kids that it is normal to get into arguments with your friends, but still let them know that you are always there whenever they need you.
