I would think that they could actually change the age range to 6+ rather than 8+ on this electronic banking board game. Players can also choose to fly to any property on the board, and force another player into trading one of their coveted properties. Some of the ‘community chest’ cards are interesting things like increase and decrease rent on the whole side of a board, or of neighbouring properties… or even pick a player’s property and it becomes yours. When you land on someone else’s property and the owner asks you to pay the full rent, you realize that you do not have enough money to pay the full rent.This version does look quite fun though, maybe I’d get on better with it, seeing as it’s a bit quicker than the original game! Which does mean that if you have played one monopoly game then you are likely to be able to play this one. Event spaces mean an Event card, which can lower or raise rent levels, give or take money, or even get you sent to Jail! You must build evenly and can’t add houses to one site until you have built on every site property of that color.
