Product Information

The perfume contains benzylbenzoate which may be mildly irritant to the skin, eyes and mucousmembranes. As Balneum Plus deposits a film of oil over the skin, care should be taken to avoid slipping, especially in the bath or shower. Pour the appropriate amount of Balneum liquid into the bath as the bath is filling, be careful the water is not too hot. There are no interactions with this preparation. How can Balneum bath oil affect other medicines?If only a small area of skin is affected, you may be able to bathe the affected area in a bowlor sink. AproDerm Emollient Cream is slightly richer than AproDerm Colloidal Oat Cream, however, is still light and easily absorbed, whilst being cooling and moisturising. It can also be used as an effective soap substitute, to prevent the skin from drying out further. The following quantities are recommended: (If the skin requires considerable moisturising, 2-3 times these quantities can be used) If you feel you have experienced an allergic reaction, stop using this medicine and inform your doctor or pharmacist immediately. Pregnancy and breastfeeding

The temperature of the bath water should not exceed 36 °C as the regreasing effect is diminished at higher temperatures. Pour the appropriate amount of Balneum Plus liquid into the bath as the bath is filling (please see below for correct measurements), be careful the water is not too hot.

Emollients

If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to soya, peanut or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. All full baths - including those to which Balneum Medicinal Bath Oil has been added - should only be taken after consultation with your doctor in the following cases: major skin injuries, acute skin diseases of unknown cause, feverish and infectious diseases, heart failure and high blood pressure.
