The enhancements run the gamut from utility to pure damage output. Each God mark gets an enhancement, as well as a general Undivided enhancement. While Fabius Bile is certainly a Chaos Space Marine (he was one of the Emperor’s Children legion after all), he has long since strayed from any one legion. Devoted to nothing but his own perverted ideal of perfecting Space Marine flesh, he has become a chirurgeon and scientist without peer, mainly because he’ll conduct experiments no sane person would dare consider.The three Vanguard Space Marine units are all designed to level accurate fire on enemies. The Infiltrators, once deployed can fire with their Markmanship Bolt Carbines. Rapid Fire allows the unit to double its shots, so the 10-man squad can fire 20 rounds, which automatically hit and wound on rolls of a 6. This saw him embrace Chaos earlier than any of the other Primarchs, leading him to begin seeding traitors throughout his brothers’ legions. Land Raider – This one goes the other direction. It would have been a great deal for the customer but it would have also been too much to fit in the Start Collecting box size. The combination of +1 to Hit, Anti-Fly 2+, and Devastating Wounds on its claws means it will throw out some real mortal wounds versus flying targets. From there, you should look at providing yourself a little defence. What’s more defensive than a meat shield? Nothing, sograbsome Chaos Cultists. These won’t do much in either melee or ranged combat, but they will do two thing: draw fire whilst you get your units into position, and hold objectives while your marines take the fight to the enemy. Don’t feel sad about seeing them get mown down; they’re only humans.A lot of people may be wondering, “what if I only want set 3, or set’s 1 & 4?” Well unfortunately with this type of subscription it’s pretty much all or nothing. Chaos Terminators have the profiles you’d expect, save for being the only terminators with a 5+ invulnerable save (and not a 4+) in 10th edition. This is also almost certainly a typo and likely to be corrected in an upcoming Errata/FAQ doc – and after that i’tll be worth giving these guys a serious look. They come with 3W and a 2+ save and each time they make a Dark Pact, they can re-roll hit rolls until the end of the phase. One cool thing is that while you can put these guys in a Land Raider, if you give them a Terminator Chaos Lord they can use Rapid Ingress for free the turn they want to come in, and you can do this multiple times.
