I loved that Plank was so silly, I think if Plank could get a medal for anything it would be for being silly. At home, she asks her clever wife who is a Professor to build her the perfect dog. A dog than can do all the things the Police Dogs can but better! At first the Professor isn’t sure about building such a thing – a Robot Dog?

The city of Bedlam is desperate; the streets are rat-infested and filthy; the buildings dilapidated, and, worst of all, the inhabitants are ruled by super villains of the underworld.
