Specimen papers are a great way to prepare for an exam. They will help you understand the question format and you can use them to identify where you need to do more revision. After CeMAP CeMAP Diploma will help you show your clients and employers that you can offer a more advanced service – and that you’re willing to build your skills to become better at what you do.

If you prefer a simpler revision tool – or only want to focus on one module – you might consider using digital specimen exams. This not only helps our students apply their learning to the workplace as soon as they qualify, but means we have close relationships with people in financial services – including in the mortgage industry. For each module, you'll need to take a two-hour electronic multiple-choice exam. You can arrange to take your CeMAP exams whenever you’re ready, and choose whether to sit them in a test centre or through remote invigilation.

Once you’ve passed CeMAP you’ll be qualified to work as a mortgage adviser – helping people make the right choices on what is likely to be their biggest ever single debt and outgoing. The Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMAP) is an entry level qualification approved by the Financial Conduct Authority that serves as a gateway to working as a professional mortgage adviser . It covers seven units split into three modules and can be taken in a number of ways to suit your lifestyle and preferred method of learning. Although you may think that taking on a course such as this could be overwhelming, booking a course, progressing through each stage and taking the relevant exams is actually a relatively straightforward process. In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, qualifications are split into a total of nine categories, starting with entry level qualifications and going up to Level 8 qualifications.
