About this deal

Various important topics are covered in this book; such as the miracle of the Qur’an, unclear verses in the Qur’an, healing from the Qur’an, contemplation of the Qur’an, the jinn who heard the Qur’an, the failure of those who tried to emulate the Qur’an, and many more. Hasan al-Basri said, “A person will say: ‘By Allah, I have recited the entire Qur’an and I have not neglected a single letter’; while in reality he has neglected the entire Qur’an. The Qur’an cannot be seen in his manners or his actions.”

Imam Ahmad reported that `A'ishah (the Prophet's wife) said that Allah's Messenger ﷺ said about the People of the Scripture (Jews and Christians):The Qur'an reigns supreme in Muslim hearts as the most sacred of texts: a profusion of exalted ideas to rouse the mind, noble histories to stir the soul, universal truths to awaken the conscience and precise injunctions directing humanity to its own deliverance, all distilled into the melodious essence that is the Word of Allah. Through fourteen centuries Muslims have persevered in championing the text against corruption, memorising its every word and contemplating its every phrase, so that in our own times untold millions have enthusiastially committed each letter to heart. The Prophet said; (The Wasat means the `Adl (just). You will be summoned to testify that Nuh has conveyed (his Message), and I will attest to your testimony.) Al-Quran Al-Kareem Maqdis is a translation learning method of word-by-word Al-Quran with every word and sentence is colored differently, in Arabic and English. Every word in the Quran was translated literally so that the reader could understand the meaning of every single word. It needs to be remembered that not all literal translation represents the exact meaning of the word since the Quran uses varied Arabic language style and sometimes metaphor. Accordingly, to understand the full or intended meaning of the word or the verse, Muhsin Khan's the Holy Quran Translation had been included in this edition. However, to comprehend more of the meaning of the Quran, reading the commentary of the Quran from trusted scholars would be necessary. The Quran is the greatest miracle for mankind, yet how many of us truly understand its beautiful message and the sciences that surround it?

Thus, al-Quds was the hub of this divine miracle (al-Isra and al-Mi‘raj) so as to demonstrate the importance of al-Quds and Palestine and to appreciate its profile, status, and significance. Since the incidents of al-Isra and al-Mi‘raj are miracles that are part of the Islamic creed, all Muslims are attached to this city by religious belief. Therefore, the presence of the people of Palestine in this land is based on an eternal divine will and is subject to neither negotiation nor concession. (17:82) Abu Jahl said: "So, say to Muhammad something that would convince your people that you oppose him." As a result of this disobedience and intransigence, Musa (PBUH) turned to his Lord with the following words as mentioned in Qur’an: “O my Sustainer! Of none am I master but of myself and my brother [Aaron]: draw Thou, then, a dividing-line between us and these iniquitous folk!” 15 Qur’an, 5:25. 16 Qur’an, 5:26. This means that the holy land was forbidden to the children of Israel, as punishment for their rebellion to the commandments of Allah, and then they would be lost in the desert for forty years. After this divine will, Musa (PBUH) stayed with his lost people in the desert for forty years, and despite the lapse of this period, they did not enter Palestine, but went to the Moab Mountains (al-Karak Mountains and Madaba in present-day Jordan) through Valley of ‘Araba. According to the Old Testament, Musa (PBUH) stood on a high hill in Moab Mountains and sighted the city of al-Quds in agony bemoaning that he was denied entry to Palestine, despite the lapse of the wandering time. al-Walid bin al-Mughirah (a polytheist) came to the Messenger of Allah.
