Kitchen fitted with a range of timber effect units with a contrasting worktop and inset sink unit, space for a cooker, fridge and washing machine, part tiled walls and large walk-in larder cupboard I experienced this book by audio and I think that aspect drew me out a few times. While I liked the Andi Arndt's performance as Sarah, it was Gomez Pugh's portrayal as Tanner that wasn't my favorite. I think If I would've physically read the book, I might have rated the book higher.The first floor is accessed via a charming staircase off the reception hall and provides and exceptional principal suite with a large en-suite bathroom and private dressing room. Four further bedroom suites are arranged around the central landing, all of which are of generous proportions and with private bathrooms. The Kitchen comprises a comprehensive range of fitted base and wall units with worktops over, sink unit, breakfast bar area, fitted double oven and grill, hob, dishwasher, UPVC double glazed indow to the rear elevation with a view of the countryside.

There is an added layer of a dangerous twist in which we are wondering “who did it”. I liked that Kristen added the element of suspense to this book. Fernhill Lane is just as captivating, sexy and entertaining as usual staple in Ms. Proby’s addictive writing, a true feel good romance with just the perfect hint of mystery/suspense, which here was spot on, I was super invested in finding who was the villain, lol.The property, which offers some scope for light decorative improvements, currently comprises, on the ground floor, an Entrance Hall, Kitchen/Breakfast Room, Cloakroom, and Living Room together with, to the first floor, two Bedrooms and a family Bathroom. The village has its own convenience store, hairdressers, dentist, takeaways and local village pub. Gobowen has its own primary school and the specialist 'Derwen College'. Nearby Oswestry boasts 'The Marches' secondary school and independent boarding school 'Oswestry School' along with nearby 'Moreton Hall'. Gobowen is also the home to a leading orthopaedic centre of excellence 'The Robert Jones and Agnus Hunt Orthopaedic hospital', a specialist hospital with a reputation for innovation. The local area offers many tourist attractions such as Park Hall Countryside Experience, Chirk Castle, Whittington Castle and the Shropshire Union Canal. Oswestry Golf Club is only a ten-minute drive away. Oswestry has its specialist independent shops and also large supermarkets. Both are accessed via the A5/A483 transport links, with regular bus services to Oswestry, St Martins, Ellesmere, Wrexham and Shrewsbury. Gobowen is easily accessible and is also ideally placed for the beautiful Shropshire and Welsh countryside.

The little hint of mystery added to my enjoyment. To the rear of the property is an area of patio over looking the courtyard, there is visitor parking and access to the communal facilities.

Sarah’s ex changed drastically after they were married. Sarah’s journey is sad and there are some bumps along the way including a suspenseful twist. Still, her and Tanner make it work and end up with their HEA🫶🏽 From the lane level a drive leads to the front of the property and to the garage providing ample parking and turning space. The rear elevation benefits from a superb view and enjoys a sun terrace, ideal outside dining. There is very low to no angst in this one. The characters work through their issues maturely.
