Press down on the NasoGel pump and spray 1 or 2 times in each nostril. This can be repeated every 4-6 hours. Use only as directed. Not recommended for children or for Mouth Dryness. For dry mouth, why not try Biotene? Avoid excessive manual manipulation of the nose and nostrils. Frequent rubbing of the nostrils may aggravate nasal irritation and causes dryness and bleeds. Tilt head sideways and place 10 drops into each ear canal by squeezing the plastic dropper bottle provided with this system. The tip of bottle should not enter ear canal. Use nasal saline daily. If the nose feels dry, try to use it every couple of hours. Be careful not to use any sprays containing decongestants. Start to breathe in gently or slowly through your nose and whilst you are breathing in squirt a spray of fine mist into your nose by pressing down ONCE with your fingers.
