I have to go without service for two weeks minimum while sena decides on something. They want me to produce the sales receipt. I got them from them through upgrade. Why did I upgrade, because the 20SEVOs didn’t work any better and I hoped against hope these would be different. So why do I need to produce anything. They have the info.
