About this deal

The Wombles 'split' in 1976 and, following a severe drought that summer, a single called "Rainmaker" (credited solely to Wellington Womble rather than the entire band) was released. Dropper posts are a game changer for hardtails. Many modern, machine built trails are smooth enough for hardtails and without all that suspension movement on jumps they are more predictable and efficient therefore a great tool for the right trail. Its the same reason you don't see suspension on bmx bikes.

Lively and spirited, she talks a mile a minute and her conversation is punctuated by words and phrases in French.

Who is Barrington Womble?

He supports Tobermory’s grand unconventional inventions, but remains firmly grounded in doing things the way he’s always done them. You would never see him going for a ride in the womcopter (although he’s been known to take an unintentional spin in the buggy!) or sending a message on the womfax. He is still fazed by the wellicom and the speaking tube system in the burrow. When a need for more female characters was noted, Alderney was added. She was based on Marianne, who comes from the Channel Island where the family would go on holiday.

We’ll see. Is that stupid? Will the 100 foot wheelbase ruin everything? I’m curious to see how stupid the “Slim Donut” is in the next few months. I could be super, super wrong... All of that is why we were surprised to see Moots release a new trail hardtail with fairly modern, capable angles last year. Their new Womble is still no hardcore hardtail, but it’s not a glorified gravel bike for Sun Valley fireroads either. Nessie – a "Water-Womble", named after the famous Loch Ness in Scotland. Nessie is part of a declining sub-species of aquatic Wombles, a larger breed with webbed paws who prioritise the cleaning of their body of water. In the Womble world, Water-Wombles, specifically Nessie, are the basis for the legend of the Loch Ness Monster, and due to Wombles being a self-contained species, Nessie dislikes the attention surrounding the legend and wishes she were as unknown as the "Land Wombles". Nessie also has two young Water-Womble charges named Ross and Cromarty. All of them are under the protection of the McWomble, and Nessie refers to him as her "best friend". Stepney is seldom seen without his ‘barrow’ which is always full of his latest finds. He is also very fond of music and is constantly finding old LPs and singles to play on the womblified gramophone that Wellington adapted for him. Our property development solicitors also aid with early processes including planning, strategic land development and construction Waverley was specially created by Elisabeth Beresford in 2002 for the council’s waste awareness campaign, to encourage residents to reduce, re-use and recycle. He’s a sporty Womble with a blue hat, and was described by the author as “an eager fellow who makes the occasional mistake but always puts them right”. She didn’t do it with a massive green message in mind because that sort of thinking didn’t exist. She did it because she cared about her surroundings and hated that humans left so much mess. She was very ahead of her time.
