Design one single gear or a whole set using the template (or not) that you would like to see in the Goat Simulator 3 world. It’s up to you if you want it to have an ability* or if it’s only cosmetic gear. First runner up: Their gear design and credits added in the game, one Goat in a Box, and one Goat Kit

Hi PlayStation players! Exciting news straight from the goat’s mouth, Goat Simulator 3 has a launch date! Pilgor and friends will be crashing onto PlayStation 5 November 17. Then for the real goat connoisseurs, the extra special Goat In A Box Edition contains more Goat Simulator 3 branded garbage than you could probably ever want! You can find the full list of contents below: disclose your personal data to third parties, but only to the extent necessary for that third party to deliver the Prize; For now, the game will be released on the platforms mentioned in the answer above.
