I LOVE Thor’s new gold and blue armour, which contrasts wonderfully against his red cape, and from the recent trailer, it looks like LEGO did a fantastic job adapting the designs. Dominating every game mode and rival player on The G.O.A.T. Boat never gets old, but if you’re looking for more to do, you’ll be happy to hear that Quests are returning in NBA 2K23. On the Cancha Del Mar, players had the opportunity to explore the cruise ship by interacting with NPCs via Quests. This year, you’ll be able to explore The G.O.A.T. Boat in a similar fashion, but with some added tweaks. New Asgard has become a tourist attraction during Thor: Love and Thunder, seemingly toured using interesting vehicles like this one. The wonderfully-named Goat Boat looks excellent and measures 43cm in length, including the goats, which is larger than I anticipated. This dark tan colour works nicely and the presence of dark tan highlights is attractive, without overwhelming the traditional wood construction. Jane Foster features a double-sided head and authentic accessories like Thor’s Hammer, an Asgardian Helmet, and a cape. King Valkyrie doesn't care about your feelings. King Valkyrie does not need to explain herself. Thor declared her King, and he does not answer to you."

The G.O.A.T. Boat is NBA 2K23’s online neighborhood for current-gen users. In case you don’t know, the neighborhood is the online feature connected to MyCAREER that allows you to upgrade your player in various ways and immerse yourself in several engaging online modes as well. There was a lot introduced in last years’ cruise ship online neighborhood. But to get a better idea of what NBA 2K23 built off of, we’re going to review the key features that were added in last year’s installment of the franchise. MyCOURT The Cancha Del Mar cruise ship was a successful first attempt at what fans will be getting from the G.O.A.T. Boat that’s coming to NBA 2K23. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Marvel set if it didn’t have a red fire extinguisher! The cabin as a whole is quite basic, but I do like the design of the roof which uses long tiles to mimic Norse architecture. Oh, and the studs are of course useful for minifigures to stand on them. The reaction which followed the announcement of 76208 The Goat Boat was overwhelmingly positive and deservedly so, in my opinion. This vehicle combines the historical inspiration and fantasy which are associated with Thor, balancing these attributes to achieve potentially broad appeal. The shape of the longship appears absolutely beautiful, reflecting reality.There’s no filler here, and you get all the main characters (that we know of) from the Thor franchise – Korg, Valkyrie, Thor and Jane Foster, aka Mighty Thor, and new antagonist Gorr the Butcher. Innovation [3]– Nothing new introduced, but I liked what the designer did to re-create the longship’s shape LEGO have revealed a new Marvel set based on the upcoming forth installment of Thor movie entitled Love and Thunder! While moulded goats remain desirable, I think actually assembling these magical animals was appropriate here. After all, Toothgnasher and Toothgrinder are significantly bigger and stronger than typical goats, pulling their eponymous boat at remarkable speeds. Admittedly, their printed faces seem odd, but these designs convey great personality and the goats' different horns are perfect.

The roof build does a great job of suggesting a real wooden roof with slats laid diagonally against one another, and the “logs” on either side of the cabin are placed one after the other, adding another layer of realism. Like any LEGO Super Heroes / Marvel set, the main highlight and drawcard of the set is the minifigures, and The Goat Boat does not disappoint at all in this department, with a perfect character lineup.Rounding up the crew of the Goat Boat are the Korg and King Valkyrie minifigures, both of whom are exclusive to this set. Relative to the heroes, Gorr appears rather bland. This minifigure definitely captures the God Butcher's malevolence, including light bluish grey skin, bright orange eyes and a sinister smile. However, his white clothing is surprisingly basic, resembling the bandages around an Egyptian mummy. Here’s a look at the stern on the bow of the boat – which has 2 grey serpents, and presumably The Goat Boat’s license plate, with NA (New Asgard) 021 on it. Four trans-light blue thrusters underneath the hull further demonstrate the Asgardian influence on this vessel, although these are fairly subtle. Perhaps more interesting is how 3x4x3 curved panels create the bulging hull shape which characterises longships. These parts are attached between clips and the 3x8x2 shells fitted on both sides, ensuring great strength and curvature. is a great year for Viking fans, as together with the Creator 3-in-1 Viking Ship, we’re getting 2 respectable longships in a year.Here’s a look at the cabin in the middle of the boat, which can open up to reveal a small space inside.

It’s a pretty basic “vehicle” build, but doesn’t try to be more than it is, with the Viking Longship being the chief focus. Gift for kids – Give Marvel fans aged 8 and up thrilling adventures aboard a Viking longboat for a birthday or holiday treat I did find it a little perplexing that the brown-haired goat (not sure which is Toothgrinder and which is Toothgnasher) had no molded ears, but after looking at some other promo images and merch, it looks like its ears in the source material are much shorter than the long, floppy ears of its white-haired companion. So I think the sideways studs on the pieces used to attach the horns are an OK representation of them in this case. The set features a traditional looking Viking boat but being pulled by two rather odd looking Goats, Toothgnasher& Toothgrinder. If that doesn’t embody the look and feel of Thor’s next outing I do t know what does.

Looking at how the Goat Boat looks in the trailers, I think LEGO have done a pretty good job getting the look of The Goat Boat, down to the shape which the more I think about is quite a feat at this price point without any specialised pieces.
