Seriously, these ears are hauntingly cute, and if you don’t get these ears for your collection, then a ghost will follow you home! Cut out all template pieces. Trace the clamshell shape from the pattern and trim it to fit the headband (see the pictures or video). Trace that and cut out another one. Repeat for the other ear (not using the clamshell - for this one you want a bitten cookie shape). The pattern continues along the headband portion as well! By the way, aren’t these displays beautiful?! We love anything with a touch of “classic” Disney, so we are digging the red bow on these Minnie Mouse ears! These next ears boast one of my all-time favorite designs! We’ve shared about this particular pair before, available in the Parks and on shopDisney. Disney is constantly coming out with new designs for their iconic ear headbands. Often, we see familiar characters used as the inspiration multiple times and somehow they still manage to keep things fresh! Eric, Sebastian, and Ariel They don a map complete with stars! On the left, the pattern is simple, with no text, but on the right, it says, “Walt Disney Studio Motion Pictures” and “Disneyland” in addition to other references. Slide the tail fin about ½-inch into the end of the tail body and hot glue in place, closing the opening on the tail body, sealing the base of the fin inside.

Rose Gold Minnie Ears are hard to come by in the parks. But don’t worry, we have found a pair that you can get before you go, and definitely be the envy of many other guests. Unicorn EarsCut out two shapes from the template for the tail body from the holographic teal fabric scrap. You may want a longer or shorter, fatter or skinnier tail, so you may want to consider this when cutting. My fabric was very stretchy and so I had to re-cut to make it exactly right for me.
