Kyrie and Medusa are on the down low to prove her innocence. The MEDUSA cable system will be owned by AFR-IX telecom, an infrastructure and telecommunications operator founded in 2013 with European capital. and supplied by Alcatel Submarine Networks (ASN). It is expected to be operational between the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, with the activation of the first phase connecting Lisbon, Barcelona and Marseille. It will feature up to 24 fiber pairs with a capacity of 20 Tbps per fiber pair for a total system capacity up to 480Tbps, and a design life of 25 years.

Ed is my all-time favourite character, even though in every book except this one he's been portrayed as really weedy. I'm super happy that he got the shiny yellow cover all to himself XD I'm also really glad that he decided to change his outlook on things and became more assertive, and that he finally got a girl that was actually willing to stay with him (I do like Ketty, but I was really sad when I found out that they used to go out and that she broke up with him for someone as showy as Nico!). I also really liked Luz, and I wished that she'd lived... When I saw it featured the Greek gods as characters, I didn't exactly read much of the blurb I was already sold on it. Our request for those works of art was returned with an extremely warm response and it finally led to the birth of this beautiful and riveting anthology: “The Medusa Project” which drives inspiration from the magical winged warrior and a Greek Gorgon “Medusa” who rose above all the struggles, atrocities and abuse in her patriarchal society and carved a niche for her finally becoming a beacon of strength and resilience for generations to come.

Hoping that this collection infuses you with the same formidable strength and healing which the infamous Greek gorgon imparts. I wasn’t expecting Ketty to do the narration of this book- I thought the series would be narrated by Nico throughout- but it gave a real insight into how Ketty was feeling about Ed and Nico. It also helped the story, seeing as the hostage was Ketty’s brother. I really got to know her character more, and understood her visions more because of that. I really loved her bond with her brother and how she would even stay with him when he had a bomb ready to go off in five minutes strapped to his chest. I think I got to know Dylan and Ed a lot better, too, as Ketty had very different relationships with them compared to Nico’s. In fact, I came to dislike Dylan as she seemed like a bit of a bully towards Ketty. But at the end, she got more likeable. As for Ed- I felt so sympathetic for him throughout. Although he didn’t speak about Ketty’s new relationship with Nico, I could tell he was heartbroken… and yet he still went out of his way to help her. It was so sweet. The area is well served by public transport with buses, DLR and an overhead train stations, connecting us to the city of London within 15 minutes. We are also located close to diverse shopping areas, which cater for many cultural needs and tastes.

As each book progresses and is told from the point of view of a different character, more information about their powers is revealed, and they get the chance to use them in different environments. But here's my issue with it. Being a novella, the plot was at times, a bit too fast. To me, the ending was a bit disappointing. Perhaps if there had been more time and motive to properly establish the villain, it would have been much more impactful.I loved the concept of the town and the world, and I thought it was really well-executed. I hope this is the first in a series – if I could have series of standalones set in this world, all following different figures of Greek mythology, I would be a very happy woman. It’s a really imaginative idea that also works really well for this story.
