Casamorati is a collection of vintage perfumes by Xerjoff Group S.p.A., inspired by the ancient art of Italian perfumery. How do you find Corallo, btw? It being described as floral-powdery (at least on Parfumo) hasn‘t made me wanna try yet (I am not so much in powdery) but I love many of the Casamorati‘s and own Fiero myself. My recent bottle of Mefisto Gentiluomo said Casamorati, not Xerjoff, on the cap. Xerjoff’s new US distributor Europerfumes treats Xerjoff and Casamorati as separate brands, too. I have to agree with some of the online reviewers that this is somewhat of an odd choice if your goal is to receive compliments as it comes off as very fruity and feminine to some. If I am not wrong, Sospiro is discontinued and only runs under the Xerjoff name. So the Erba Pura is the same fragrance just old vs. new brand naming.

I was hesitant to use something with musk as I have not been a fan of the heavy smell I associate it, but the fitting described this as a light musk. I have worn it a few times now and whole ultimately it did not leave an impression for me as a scent that I would like to wear every day, I found the gentle musk and amber to be a pleasant surprise. It also lasted all day!Cheers! I just noticed you‘re female, so our tastes might different alone from the fact that I am male (Re: Dama Bianca) but I also like how we both appreciate Fiero, which shows that some scents are wonderfully unisex to be appreciated by everyone!
