About this deal

Marshmallows - choose regular sized marshmallows for this recipe and cut in half. I use Pascall brand which is popular here in Australia. I find it easiest to cut marshmallows using sharp scissors. Using a clean heatproof bowl, gently melt the milk and dark chocolate together over a pan of simmering water
. Do not add any other ingredients. Take off the heat and pour the melted chocolate over the top of the Malteser Tiffin. There is no need to wait for the main Tiffin mixture to set before you add the topping.

Cutting the marshmallows - I find the easiest way to cut marshmallows is to use a sharp pair of scissors and chop them in half. You can also use scissors to chop the raspberry lollies if you would like them to be smaller (optional). Step 3 - Chill Grease and line the base and sides of an 8 inch square cake tin with baking parchment, this makes it easier to remove the tiffin when set. This mixture will work in a 9inch square cake tin, making them shallower in size. Airtight container – if you have any leftovers – that's if – an airtight container will help to keep them fresh and fabulous for longer. As I am a big consumer of Maltesers chocolates, I thought this product would be perfect for me. I enjoyed it but not as much as I thought. The goodness of Maltesers chocolate is the thin outer chocolate shell and the large malted core, which makes them melt in your mouth.
