The original film, written and directed by Debbie Isitt, starred The Hobbit star Martin Freeman alongside Ashley Jensen. David trained in Theatre and Performance Design at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, graduating with first class honours. He was a finalist in the Linbury Prize for Stage Design. Her first cinema film Nasty Neighbours (2000) won huge international acclaim. Debbie adapted Jacqueline Wilson’s The Illustrated Mum for Channel 4, winning Matthew graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre from The Arts Educational Schools, London.She originally trained as a Stage Manager and has worked in this capacity (extensively in Birmingham!) on plays, musicals, operas and on various productions for the Royal Shakespeare Company and the BBC. Eliza recently completed her run performing in Heathers at The Other Palace and is thrilled to have joined the NATIVITY! cast. In spring 2022 appeared in London in the award nominated drama about the outrageous playwright Joe Orton Diary of a Somebody as Edna Welthorpe. Alex studied at University of Wales, Trinity St David and gained an honors degree in Theatre Design & Production. Alex went on to work for the Birmingham Rep, and as a freelance lighting designer and programmer.
