About this deal

Whether you’re serving this for a crowd to pile in their own fillings or a family Friday takeaway, I hope you love it as much as we do. I ran a small cookery school teaching cake decorating. I loved the customers and it gave me a brilliant grounding in the early years of social media. I sold the business when I first had my children. You’ve said that the blog opened up worlds for you that had felt closed as a mother of twins. Not only do you help people with food ideas, but you have given people confidence to travel with toddlers. That must have felt wonderful! What advice would you give to people travelling with small people? In the fridge You can keep this recipe in the fridge for 3 days. Reheat fully in the microwave or hob before serving.

We loved this, use mini sweetcorn cobs as well as green beans and lamb mince (fat drained off) – gorgeous The pasta cooks in the sauce for this creamy, spicy recipe for a true one-pot meal. Ready in about 30 mins and rich in flavour. Tinned pineapple (in JUICE)– make sure the pineapple is in chunks. If you buy the rings, you can just cut them up. You’ll be using the juice before you use the fruit itself in the cooking process. This book is more than just recipes; it’s designed to do the heavy lifting and ease the mental load of even thinking about dinner, that I know so many of us struggle with every week.

More Meal Plans: Lots of family meal ideas!

I truly believe that however busy you are and whatever you’re struggling with, sitting down to a home cooked meal at the end of the day (however simple the meal is) can be a meaningful moment. A sense of achievement, a few minutes of peace, nourishment and the space to sit and talk to the people we love. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do. I’d love to know how you got on and what you thought of it if you make this BeefBourguignonrecipe. They are our midweek sanity saviours. All ingredients, all in one pot, with very little faff or fanfare. This is what we need in our lives!

What are the staple and versatile ingredients that you’d advise any household to get in if they’re struggling with keeping the cupboards full and nutritious food on the table? Hi, I'm Sarah. I help busy people decide 'What's for Dinner?' Find hundreds of recipes here, and also in my bestselling recipe book. Hope my recipes make your life easier ❤️ There were a handful of recipes that were tested up to 10 times ( One Pan Lasagne and Coconut Curried Salmon I AM LOOKING AT YOU) where I just knew they could be SO GOOD but they took a while to get there.

It’s that time of year when we need simplicity. We need healthy, hearty, ideally low-cost meals that don’t take up too much energy to make and are going to see us through our January hibernation. Don’t try and be a hero or a super parent. Travelling with children is very different. Set your own expectations, they need downtime and they won’t always be impressed by the culture that we think they should be impressed by! We all need a new pasta recipe in our lives from time to time, so here is a new winning formula for those meal plans! Add in the garlic, onions, carrots and mushrooms and fry for a couple of minutes until just starting to colour.

The shopping list includes the cheapest version of each ingredient. Obviously if you want to buy lower fat mince or free range etc, that’s personal choice. Wow. What an excellent recipe. Incredibly simple too. Made mine with lamb & pork mince (didn’t have enough lamb in the freezer) still came out really delicious. I also used hot Paprika (again all I had) and it put a nice bit of heat through it. Add everything (apart from the cornflour and serving ingredients) into the slow cooker and stir well. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours. Started making it yesterday and had it today the family enjoyed every mouthfull, although ran out of

I have so much to tell you my friends. In case you want to skip right to it.. I’ve written a RECIPE BOOK FOR YOU! I cooked this Beef Bourguignon (once it had reached full pressure) for 45 minutes and it was perfectly soft and tender. Some of the meat had fallen apart into the sauce but I quite like it like that for a really meaty, rich sauce. Greek yoghurt– you can use natural yoghurt here but the sauce will be slightly more runny (which is fine). Yes! The texture may be a little courser than the slow cooker version, possibly not quite as juicy, but it will still be delicious. Heat the oil in a large, deep saucepan over a medium high heat and add the mince. Brown all over cooking for 5-7 minutes.
