It has been a few weeks since starting your Younger You cream and I have to say my skin feels amazing, much more hydrated and generally better to the touch. I’m using it along side the Dark Spot Remover. I still have a way to go with the pigmentation but I have seen a definite improvement and the dark spots are much lighter. Thank you. I wasn’t going to write a review until I saw a review by someone who summed up the book with saying he’d save you time - eat keto, sleep well, meditate & exercise. It doesn't have to get much more complex than that. And Pollan captures the essence of the Dash Diet in those three sentences. Further, since he's a top-notch write and excellent researcher, his book is captivating.

It’s worth taking the time to research your skin type so you can match the ingredients accordingly. Your skin type will impact how your skin ages in the first place, and therefore informs the treatments that will be most effective. Oily skins tend to benefit from exfoliating ingredients such as glycolic or salicylic acid that encourage the natural skin-renewal process. Dry and sensitive skins, on the other hand, may benefit from hydrating creams with antioxidants to limit damage from the sun and pollution, and boost healing. I have been using 'Younger You' for more than 2 months, I can honestly say my pores are smooth, my skin is hydrated, the fine lines have improved and my skin is looking fresher. This product works for me, it is a little costly though that is the down side. I have been using the product fire approx 1 month. Within a week I noticed that my skin was holding the moisture all day rather than just a few hours. It looks plumper and brighter When it comes to our products, we do not compromise on quality as we know how much good quality skincare can help improve your life and confidence.I have been using Dr Sister ‘Younger You’ face cream which I love. Hopefully using both will help reduce the look of my fine lines a little faster!🤞🏼 I spend a lot of time flying so my skin takes a beating in a dry environment, I’ve been using for two weeks now and my wrinkle looks visibly reduced; my skin feels tighter and looks more radiant. I guess not all things work for everyone but it’s definitely working for me. Ultimately I don’t think you can expect miracles but I can definitely notice a difference. I have tried many skin creams over the years but I am surprised and pleased to say that Dr. Daniel Sister's Younger You seems to be working. I can actually see a difference in the lines on my face and that is giving me hope for the future. All in all, it's a very good book if you want to get serious about your health. I'd recommend it in combination with some of the other excellent health books that have been released lately. They all boil down to some basic advice -- get rid of processed carbs, grains and sugar, prioritize sleep (at night -- timing matters), adopt intermittent fasting to regularly get at least 12 hours between food and drink besides water, get regular exercise (this is a must), eat organic healthy foods with lots of greens, veggies and healthy fats, lean towards a clean keto (very low carb, moderate protein, high healthy fat) diet, and adopt regular practices to minimize stress like meditation. This book will give you a much more in-depth look at all of this, and recipes at the end to help.

That’s twice in one week I’ve been told this and I’ve only been using Younger You Cellular for 5 weeks. I have mild, but noticeable hyper-pigmentation on a very pale 56 year old face. I have had numerous treatments, invasive and non-invasive in the past 30 years with some success. I was sceptical, to say the least, about the Dark Spot cream but have been pleasantly surprised at how effective it has been. OVERALL, Other than hearing folic acid (in fortified foods) is harmful and her pushing eating liver hard, there was no new info here for me.

I have been using Younger You Cellular Renew for a few weeks now and am thrilled with the results. I can’t identify individual effects but my complexion just looks and feels ‘fresher’. I will keep using it. intermittent fasting (stop eating 3 hours before bed) ideally 7-7 and only eating when it’s light outside.

Kara Fitzgerald's concern over the danger of excess folic acid (by over methylating DNA) may be worth paying attention to.
