The primary function of this role will be to work on developing new products from concept to launch alongside continuously improving existing products that we manufacture. We decided to be the change that we wanted to see in the industry, and that ultimately meant creating relatable campaigns that used real bodies with uplifting messages. We made the decision to not digitally alter our bBold representatives body shapes, stretch marks or any other feature that makes them wonderfully unique. This decision was well received by all our customers. We also asked Joan what advice she would give to someone who wanted to pursue a career like hers, she said: The bBold tanning range now consists of over 20 products and counting, all developed using clean, vegan, cruelty-free and skin-loving ingredients. bBold also offers a range of tanning products suitable for sensitive and eczema-prone skin. The dermatologically tested Super Serum in particular has fast become a cult product of late, even earning a finalist nomination at the ASOS Beauty Awards in London. When Joan was younger she wanted to be a doctor👩🏻⚕️ She realised product development was the path for her before she left school📚Find an industry that you’re passionate about first before applying for jobs.
