One of my pet peeves with protein is that it often can taste quite artificial and processed, but both the vegan protein and the meal replacement dual-use vegan blend tasted very natural. They also blend well and have a great texture. The only small issue I had is that neither product came with a scoop (the usual 30g serving size) which comes with most other protein powders. So, we know that these protein shakes are full of all the good stuff, but let’s get on to the taste. For me, that’s the most important thing. This one is pretty averagely priced. I love that it gives you the option to choose between different sizes as when it comes to vegan meal replacements, choices are pretty limited. I was also over the moon in terms of taste, as in my experience I haven't found flavourful vegan meal replacements. However, this difference is only a couple of pounds, and I am more than happy to pay that considering how much better the texture and flavour are, not to mention the added vitamins and nutrients I will be getting. It's fairly priced considering what an excellent product it is.The strawberries and cream flavour shakes smells really good – you can definitely smell the strawberries over the protein smell. The vanilla shakes don’t smell of much, maybe a little protein-y but not bad at all. Texture The protein comes from peas and white hemp. In combination, these deliver a complete amino acid profile. There’s no added sugar, no GMO and no artificial sweeteners or colours. What do Free Soul vegan protein shakes taste like? iv also started with FS-greens my gut is getting much better, i have celiacs recently diagnosed last year im 37 so its had alot of dysfuntion and im actually feel nourished and healthy for the first time since birth!

Expertly formulated with a pea and white hemp base, Free Soul vegan protein powder provides uncompromised protein with a complete amino acid profile to support you in your healthy lifestyle. first things first, DELICIOUS! iv only tried the chocolate one but i could drink all day everyday not a thing to dislike. i use sproud pea milk with mine and two go so well together. it blends well itnt grainy, it might be my 'milk' other plant based milk might be different but if your finding it a little grainy thats the flaxseeds and just make up a shake overnight or leave it 'soak' a bit.
