A dial around the shutter button, and a second dial at the right end of the top-plate allow quick exposure setting adjustments. I know that the discussion seems to gravitate around AF exclusively, but I still like to know the information about MF of cameras and lenses can still perform that way.
What this means is that the XF10 feels more like an X-Trans II camera, but with subtly inferior color rendition. The image quality has come a long way since my FinePix X100, but the responsiveness and autofocus on the XF10 is just too reminiscent of Fujifilm's early-generation cameras to ignore.With a new sensor, new focus modes and a handy square mode for Instagram enthusiasts, the XF10 has plenty of new features under the hood. Peak Design's newest Camera Cubes allow you to turn any pack or bag into a camera-carrying accessory. I’m sure that this is from shoving the camera into pockets, but it seems much too quick for the paint to be rubbing off.
The AF system itself is pretty sophisticated, with a choice of single point, zone and wide modes covering pretty much the whole image area. If you don’t mind sacrificing the ability to shoot raw files, the range can be extended to include ISO 100, 25,600 and 51,200. The truth, most all users coming from a mid-range or flagship mobile from 2018+ will be disappointed with ANY standalone camera.Hence, the fact that this DPR review completely misses this core aspect of the camera's focusing strength.
