I made this to test out the tanginess of apple offset by the sweetness of raspberry with the slight bitterness of Indian tonic water. It's an effortless blend of flavours plus it's a light and refreshing cocktail which looks stunning in a coupe, and a flavourful aperitif for your next cocktail hour. Add the Midori and Sour Mix to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
