Here at Advanced Seals & Gaskets, we manufacture 1000’s of high-quality neoprene rubber strips each day, these strips are sometimes referred to as glazing strip, weatherstrip, sealing strip or isolation strip. Neoprene rubber strips are all manufactured by our highly skilled workforce using state of the art machinery, following our customer's samples or drawings.
Superior Durability: Our Solid Neoprene Rubber Strip is engineered to withstand the harshest environments and demanding conditions. Made from premium-grade neoprene, it offers exceptional durability and longevity, ensuring reliable performance over time. Standard delivery methods include independent carriers and Royal Mail. Special arrangements can be made by request. If high compression is required, we would suggest our blown variant of neoprene rubber strip being supplied which is known as neoprene sponge or neoprene foam. Chemical Resistance: Neoprene rubber is known for its resistance to various chemicals, oils, and solvents. Food Quality (FDA) neoprene is white in colour and conforms to EC and FDA regulations for use within the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. Properties including resistance to fats, greases and vegetable oils, combined with higher tensile strength and wider working temperature range of -30°C up to +130°C make it a popular material to use. Wide Range of Applications: Our Solid Neoprene Rubber Strip finds applications in various industries, including automotive, construction, marine, electronics, and manufacturing. Whether it's for gaskets, seals, or cushioning, this rubber strip excels in diverse uses.BS2752) British standard 2752 is a higher performing, stronger grade of neoprene rubber which offers a wider working temperature range of -30°C up to +120°C, greater resistance to ageing, weathering, acids, inorganic salts, oils and ozone as well as improved strength and anti-abrasion qualities in comparison to standard neoprene. This grade is available inshore hardnesses of 40°, 50°, 60°, 70° and 80°. Over the past few years RH Nuttall Limited have invested heavily in new, state of the art, slitting equipment allowing them to produce sponge strip for a vast range of different industries which include construction, glazing, electronic, and automotive trades. We sell our neoprene sponge strip and solid neoprene strip in any specified lengths, ranging from 10 metres to 5000 metres. Please note that unless specifically stated, any price quoted will be excluding VAT. The current rate of VAT is chargeable at 20%. Not applicable to foreign customers and other VAT exemptions. We can produce made to measure neoprene rubber strips using our band saws, strippers, log cutters and even presses depending upon the size and quantity required. In-house production allows us to closely oversee the whole production process to ensure that we consistently produce high quality, competitively priced strips. Our cut rubber strip is then coiled into any length that is required, and can even be supplied in cut lengths if desired.

Certain grades of neoprene rubber strips we produce offer temperature ranges of -30 to +120 degrees centigrade. Our Cellular Sponge Rubber range is vast and varied with differences in density, grade, quality etc which can all be tailored towards a particular application. Our standard range neoprene rubber strip is supplied in commercial 65 degree shore hardness (SH) material, offering a flexible and malleable product that has a minimal amount of compression.
