About this deal

Gavrill "The Wolf" has a "transforming" body/skeleton that distorts her into a gigantic, nigh-invulnerable wolf-like creature. In one chilling scary case, she notes to a politician (who just tried to have Dr. Amatsuka assassinated) that even though Gavrill will tear him limb to limb for the act, Gavrill is a saint compared to her when she gets angry. This is because Gavrill will at least let him die. She then lets him know, on no uncertain terms that she knows he was responsible for the assassination attempt and she is not happy about it. Berserk Button: Inverted. Fran is usually pretty happy to do operations, but when you want do it to impress someone you like, she starts breaking into Tender Tears. It seems like she's really into The Power of Love... Two other examples in the extra chapter from volume 2 and chapter 32. Damn, does the author hate kids or something ?

For Science!: Basically Fran's reason for existence, and most of her MO for experiments and research. Alternative Character Interpretation: Fans... differ on how they feel about Fran's Technical Pacifist For Science! morality. Evil Is Sexy: The only one of the Madaraki sisters to be indisputably evil, Gavrill also has the most fanservice-laden chapters and has the most voluptuous figure. Veronica has a couple times gotten highly contemplative when the idea of "girls loving each other" or "girl on girl" was brought up. Especially in Chapter 22, which resolves around two girls who think their crushes on each are unrequited.Action Girl: Carries a pair of Absurdly Sharp Blades beside her, and is normally considered as Fran's personal bodyguard. Franken Fran is a horror-comedy manga by Kigitsu Katsuhisa that sets new stakes in the Body Horror category. Recently a Radio Drama adaptation was released as well. Created by Professor Naomitsu Madaraki, the world's greatest medical doctor, Fran was given superhuman surgical skills and left to handle the Madaraki estate and its engineered inhabitants. She is frequently sought by those eager to make use of Naomitsu's or her skills. Unfortunately, while given incredible skills by the Professor, she has also been left with an extreme aversion to killing, and possesses an almost childlike naïveté in regards to the often horrific consequences of her actions. There's also the assholes who gangraped and killed Miyake from Chapter 59, killed by a deadly bacteria that was inoculated in her body by Fran. Fantastic Aesop: Practically every issue Fran observes a flaw of human nature and takes some bit of wisdom from it that the reader can share in. Things like, "Don't get so addicted to being revived from death by a maestro surgeon that you keep killing yourself over and over." Or "don't turn yourself into an anime character for love, or your skin will molt off and your lover will crush you to death trying to escape the alien you appear to be." Or maybe, "Inner beauty may shine through a layer of bandages, but those bandages are there to cover something horrifying"

Super-Powered Robot Meter Maids: Not with robot, but artificial organism. For some reason Fran decided to give a living amusement park mascot 20 times the strength of a horse and teeth sharp enough to bite people's heads off. Hey, It's That Guy!: Veronica is played by that bodyguard Agito, who slit Fran's throat. Nobody seems to notice.then learning about them is a must. One of the biggest reasons why you should read Manga online is the money it She only wants the best for humanity and is easily swayed by sob stories. However, she is also the direct cause of many plagues on humanity, revealed to us Once an Episode. Dr. Naomitsu Madaraki - During the world war this scientist worked for the Biochemistry Division, earning fame and the moniker of “Devil of Biology”. He was and is considered a top-class thinker in the field of biotechnology. He has also been called the “Spider’s Thread” due to some of his surgical operations involving human resurrection. After the war he moved from country to country for the sake of his research, although apparently he has returned home in recent years. At the moment his whereabouts are unknown. If he is still alive then it is estimated that he must be quite old. Dr. Madaraki defined World War II to be “a war to kill the gods” because of its promotion of scientific development and the erosion of religion accompanied by it. Unusually Uninteresting Sight: Lampshaded in Chapter 30, where people explain to Okita that they don't find the sight of a cat with a man's head surprising because they're familiar with Fran's work. Okita hadn't even thought of it.

Jason, Thompson (May 3, 2013). "Jason Thompson's House of 1000 Manga - Franken Fran". Anime News Network . Retrieved September 12, 2018. The Final Movie - A client of Fran's wishes to finish her movie, but she is dying. When she does die, Fran takes matters into her own hands by posing as the woman by using her skin. Although the movie is finished, it is never released due to all of the cast and crew members dying of the same disease Fran's client died of, due to having sex with the still-diseased skin.Hidden Depths: While she's generally oblivious to the consequences of her experiments, there are times that hints that she works towards a larger goal in the end. This is most notable when she's hired to protect a wealthy politician, who attempted to have Dr Amatsuka assassinated, from Gavrill; she notes that while Gavrill is pretty straightforward with what she wants to do to him, Fran can be just as cruel, if not as deadly. One of the horrifying and disgusting examples is in Chapter 19, Lust, when Fran helps the girls deal with their boy problems by getting rid of the boys' sexual lust. What the boys think is a pile of hot, young women ready to do the down and dirty is actually a mass of tentacles and body parts emitting a pheromone.

Though Fran is usually completely analytical and logical in her approach to cases, prioritizing the advancement of science and medicine for the overall benefit of humanity over traditional moral values, she has a soft spot for cases involving romantic affection. The main protagonist of the manga, Fran lives at the Madaraki estate. Though she is often mistaken for Naomitsu Madaraki's daughter, she is actually his greatest "masterpiece." She is fitted with two sizable bolts upon her temples and marred with faint stitches, giving her a distinctly inhuman appearance. She has a unique view of morality, finding certain cases emotionally-moving and experimenting out of the goodness of her heart. She also subverts this at times. Most chapters put her in a situation that requires extreme measures to be taken, but when faced with day-to-day concerns, she often suggests more rational courses of actions.

Takeshi Toudou: Sentinel I

Beast Woman: Gavrill. Her body can distort into a giant wolf-like creature with double-rows of teeth. Butt-Monkey: Things rarely ever go well for her and is usually played for comedy, with a few exceptions.
