Frozen gyoza (potstickers) makes this so easy to prepare on a weeknight and it’s a filling, hearty dinner thanks to the addition of noodles. Heat a layer of olive oil in a pan and saute the shiitake mushrooms, the whiter parts of the spring onion, garlic and ginger until the mushrooms are starting to brown. Ultra garlicky and full of flavor with a nice spicy kick… these noodles might just become your new favorite go-to meal. Putting that aside, the recipes are achievable and tasty, though many are not so much authentic as riffs from what may have been an authentic starting point.

The noodles were very easy to make (though it helps that we have the Kitchenaid pasta rolling and cutting attachment).
