It's a fantastic product - presenting not only the TV show in its entirety in HD, but also a vast collection of 'extras' in a stunning case. The soundtrack isn't as showy as some but it does what it was designed to do and draws you into the world of the Mad Men.

All 14 episodes from the seventh and final season of the period drama series, set in a prestigious advertising agency in 1960s New York, where sexism is a way of life and everyone smokes like a chimney.The archaic attitudes as to how men and women are expected to behave, and how certain behaviours are deemed acceptable, whether rightly or wrongly, are laugh out loud funny.

In this highly competitive, all white, male-dominated environment, the indefatigable Don Draper is the top ad executive, but there are plenty of young guns eager to topple him from his perch. Personally I was never too fussed about the added tat it was more so the bonus disc and the perceived easier storage of the book instead of bulky amarays. If you're a fan of the series you probably already have all seven seasons on disc but if not, this collection is certainly a great place to start.Perri Nemiroff is the senior producer at Collider where she hosts and produces the interview series, Collider Ladies Night, a show geared towards highlighting the need-to-know female voices in film and television. The only negative issue I have with it is that, by locating the discs within the pages, it's not always easy to remove a disc (and they could get scratched). As a result, the show’s plotlines, character development, and central themes generate plenty of unsettling reactions that make it difficult to root for the whole of Sterling Cooper’s greedy and distasteful workforce. I do hope that's all merely the symptom of first season growing pains, but I’ll have to reserve judgment until I can dig into the second season this summer.
